淀粉改性AM-DMDAAC阳离子絮凝剂制备工艺

摘    要:在乙醇-水体系中用淀粉改性AM-DMDAAC阳离子絮凝剂,研究单体质量比、淀粉与单体质量比、引发剂用量和引发剂种类对聚合物性能的影响.结果表明AM∶DMDAAC=5∶1,AM∶淀粉=2∶1,引发剂质量分数为0.04%,引发剂为过硫酸钾和硝酸铈铵时能得到絮凝效果良好的絮凝剂.

Abstract:In an ethanol-water system,starch-modified AM-DMDAAC cationic flocculant was prepared.The monomer mass ratio,mass ratio of starch and monomer,initiator dosage and type of initiator on the polymer performance were studied.The results show that the optimal conditions are that the mass ratio of AM(acrylamide) and diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride is 5∶1,the ration of AM and starch is 2∶1,and the mass fraction of initiator,potassium persulfate and ammonium cerium nitrate is 0.04%.The product has a good flocculation performance.
