| 摘 要： | 沪宁高速公路江苏段从2003年7月起实施八车道改扩建工程,至2006年1月1日全线改建完成正式开通。由于是在大流量且不中断交通条件下进行工程建设,交通组织和施工现场管理成为扩建工程成败的关键。简述沪宁高速公路江苏段扩建工程中交通组织和施工现场管理的情况,以及在管理活动中的一些启示。

| Abstract: | The eight lanes extension project has been executed on Huning freeway(Jiangsu section) since july,2003,and completed be-fore January 1st,2006. Due to uninterrupted large flow, the traffic organization and construction site management was the key points which effect whether the extension project can succeed or not. The paper describes the situation of the traffic organization and con-struction site management in this extension project, and some enlightenments in the management activity. |
