Abstract:The alignment and profile design of meter gauge tourist rail transit project in mountain area has important impacts on driving safety and riding comfort.In order to reasonably determine the alignment standards,combined with the characteristics of the meter gauge fast tourist transit line system,the parameter analysis method was used to analyze the alignment.By analyzing key parameters of the plane alignment and profile,the main conclusions are:(1)The recommended maximum superelevation value is 80 mm,the allowable value of undersuperelevation is recommended as 45 mm,and 65 mm in difficult condition.(2)Under the condition of 120 km/h,the minimum curve radius for the plane is 1000 m,and 850 m in difficult condition;the minimum length of the straight line between plane curves is 60 m,and 40 m in difficult condition;Straight line super high downhill is suggested with cubic parabola.The minimum length of the transition curve is 100 m,and 90 m in difficult condition.(3)The maximum slope of the longitudinal section of the line could be 60‰;the minimum length and maximum radius of the vertical curve are respectively 15 m and 20000 m,the minimum radius is 6000 m,and the minimum slope length is 290 m.
