粉喷桩是深层搅拌法加固地基方法的一种形式,也叫加固土桩.它是利用水泥、石灰等材料作为固化剂的主剂,通过特制的搅拌机械就地将软土和固化剂(浆液状和粉体状)强制搅拌,利用固化剂和软土之间所产生的一系列物理化学反应,使软土硬结成具有整体性、水稳性和一定强度的优质地基.结合工程实例,就粉喷桩在小桥涵上的应用进行了分析.

Application of Dusted Pile in Box Culvert Foundation Treating

The dusted pile is a form of reinforcing the foundation by mixing in deep layer,also called the cosolidated soil pile.Methods for pile driving are as below:to utilize cement and lime as the main curing agent,to use the purpose made mixer to mix compulsorily and on the spot the weak soil and curing agent(grout or powder-shaped),once more to apply a series of physical and chemical reactions emerging between curing agent and weak soil to make the latter harden to a premium foundation with integrality,water stability and a cirtain strength.The paper analyzes application of dusted pile in small bridge culvert by engineering example.
