竖井混凝土衬砌滑模设计及施工技术

摘    要:在长大隧道竖井衬砌浇筑施工中,采用常规翻模法施工效率较低。秦岭终南山隧道通风系统竖井衬砌混凝土施工中采用滑模施工技术大大提高了施工效率。介绍了竖井滑模的结构及滑模施工技术,对今后竖井衬砌混凝土的快速施工有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:In the shaft lining casting construction in long tunnels, the conventional turn over method has a low efficiency. The adoption of slipform construction technique in shaft lining concrete construction in the ventilation shaft system of Qinling Zhongnanshan Tunnel has greatly increased the working efficiency. It is introduced in this paper the shaft slipform structure and the slipform construction techniques, which can be of important reference to the fast construction of shaft lining concrete in the future.
