摘    要:研究目的:巩义隧道位于郑西铁路客运专线ZXZQ02标,起止里程DK63 332~DK66 670,全长3368m。隧道地质条件为上部砂纸黄土,灰黄色稍湿,下部为粘质黄土,棕黄色、硬塑、无水。其中DK 63 583~DK 63 605段下穿310国道,覆盖层只有5.1 m。310国道为重要的交通干道,宽度15 m,车流量大、重车多、交通繁忙,道路两侧为17 m左右的陡坎。为保证310国道的畅通及施工安全、优质、高效进行了施工技术研究。研究结果:通过采用双层管棚及双层初期支护的加固技术,成功地穿越了310国道,保证了隧道施工期间道路的完好及畅通,路面无破坏,下沉量只有10 mm左右。该加固措施的成功积累了宝贵的施工经验。

Abstract:Research purposes:Gongyi Tunnel is located at Bidding ZXZQ02,from DK 63 332-DK 66 670 with total length of 3368 m.The geological conditions of the tunnel are like these:grey yellow sand loess on the top with slight wetting,brown clay loess on the bottom with hard plastics and no water.The section between DK 63 583 and DK 63 605 will under pass State Highway 310 with covering layer of 5.1 m.State Highway 310 is a busy main highway with width of 15 m and steep ridges of about 17 m on both sides of the road, so the researches are done on the construction technologies for the purposes of guaranteeing State Highway 310 open to traffic smoothly and guaranteeing the construction safety,high quality and high efficiency. Research results:The tunnel under passes State Highway 310 successfully with adopting the reinforcement technologies of double-layer pipe shed and double-layer support in early stage.During the construction,the highway is open to traffic with no damage and the subsidence volume of it is only about 10 ram.The good construction experiences are obtained through successful application of these reinforcement technologies.
