发动机工作过程和排气消声器耦合研究

摘    要:考虑了发动机排气系统中气体的非定常流动,利用GT—power软件建立了排气消声器和发动机的耦合仿真模型,利用这种方法进行了某轿车的排气消声器设计,在设计时模拟了汽车加速噪声测量过程中的发动机工作过程和消声器的消声特性,以使设计工况更加符合实际的测试工况。

Abstract:Considering the unsteady flow of the gas from exhaust system, an engine-exhaust muffler coupled model is built using GT-power software. Based on the model, the working process of the engine and the noise attenuation characteristics of the muffler in the course of vehicle acceleration noise measurement are simulated and an exhaust muffler is designed for a specific car.
