| 摘 要： | 当前形势下,要培养符合国际要求的应用型、复合型海事人才首先要建设优秀的海事英语师资队伍。本文从海事英语教师应该具备的素质出发,结合语言教师师资培养的相关理论,就海事英语师资的专业发展模式进行了一些思考,提出了海事英语师资发展的三种模式。
