TOPSIS模型在港口泊位规划中的应用

摘    要:介绍港口泊位规划方案确定及TOPSIS优选模型,计算模型的正负理想解;根据相似度定义各方案到正理想解和负理想解的距离,得出各方案的相对贴近度.以某港为例验证了模型的有效性,为港口建设决策提供理论参考.

Abstract:The TOPSIS is a representative method to account for muhiattribute decision-making problem. This paper puts forward a TOPSIS model, gains positive and minus ideal solutions of the model, defines the distances between each scheme and both positive and minus ideal solutions based on the similarity, and produces relatively closeness coefficient of each scheme. And thus presents an applicable method for the decision-making in choosing the optimum scheme alternative.
