摘    要:采取小波变换的方法对电喷汽油机的瞬时转速波动信号进行分解去噪处理。采用小波变换的Mallat快速算法,并从分解后的信号中提取特征值,用于诊断汽油机的失火故障。通过台架验证试验表明:文中采取的方法可以有效去除高速时的干扰信号,能满足失火诊断的要求。

Abstract:A decomposition denoising treatment is conducted on fluctuated signals of the instantaneous crankshaft speed of an electronically controlled gasoline engine by using wavelet transform technique.The fast Mallat algorithm is adopted and the eigenvalues are extracted from decomposed signals for detecting the misfire of the engine.A bench test verification is performed and the results show that the method adopted is effective to remove the interferential signals at high speed,meeting the requirements of misfire detection.
