| 摘 要： | 提出了一种交通网络效率的定量衡量方法.该方法综合反映了在达到平衡状态下的交通网络中,交通流量、出行者的出行行为和旅行费用等因素对网络效率的影响,可以用来对交通网络的运行绩效进行合理的估计,且适用于任意平衡状态下的交通网络.算例表明,与其他既有方法相比,该方法能对交通网络的效率进行合理标定,并能对相关交通现象作出科学解释.
