| 摘 要： | 随着航标信息化进程的不断加快，信息共享互联互通日益成为当前航标信息系统建设面临的重大课题。论文以东海海区航标信息化建设现状及发展趋势为背景，论述了航标公共网络系统建设的必要性及总体架构，分析了航标公共网络系统为涉海用户提供信息服务的方式及信息服务的内容。

| Abstract: | With the development of navigation-aids informatization,information interoperability has been the hot spots of construction about navigation-aids information system. On the base of current and development trend about navigation-aids informatization in the East China Sea,the paper describes the necessity and analyzes the structure about navigation-aids public network system. At the same,style and content of information service for marine users are propounded in the article. |
