摘    要:企业供应链的一体化是现代物流的主要发展方向之一.如何提高企业供应链整体运作效率, 也是物流供应链研究重点之一.文中在制造业供应链建立产供销三方的两阶段VMI库存策略的成本目标函数,并在契约和协议的基础上,利用合作博弈及Shapley值法对三方之间的库存成本进行再分配,以达到供应链各方利益均衡.

Abstract:Integration of enterprise supply chain is one of the key development directions of modern logistics. How to improve the overall operation efficiency of enterprise supply chain is regarded as one of the key points in logistic supply chain. In this paper, first, the inventory cost function of two-stage VMI for production, supply, and sale in logistic supply chain of manufacturing was set up. Inventory cost based on the three aspects of the manufacturing supply chain was redistributed on the basis of contract and agreement, and with the help of cooperative games and Shapley value. The purpose was to achieve the balance of profit for every party in the supply chain.
