基于模糊PID控制算法的电控节温器研究

摘    要:针对传统内燃机冷却水温控制系统存在不能快速、准确、稳定地调节内燃机冷却水温的特点。本文用三通阀代替节温器来控制冷却液大小循环;并运用基于模糊PID控制算法的控制器对系统进行控制,最后在Matlab/simulinl(中进行仿真。仿真结果显示,该控制方法有效控制了冷却系统迟滞等不良现象。

Abstract:Based on the traditional control of cooling water system of engine has many shotcomings, such as the traditional system can not adjust the temperature fast and accurately, and the response speed is very slow. In this paper, the thermostat of traditional control of cooling water system is replaced by the Three-way valve. Then the fuzzy-PID control is used. Finally, the fuzzy-PID control is simulated under Matlab/simulink. The result of simulation indicates that the new system responses fast and is better than the traditional control method.
