摘    要:深厚软土路基的桥头过渡路段常采用管桩复合地基处理,但经过长时间的工程应用,逐渐显露了一些工程问题。根据工程实例,结合现场监测数据与现场查勘,分析了管桩复合地基路基病害的主要原因是桩土差异沉降过大引起,并指出工作垫层厚度偏大、砂料褥垫层流失和设置反压护道是造成桩间土沉降偏大的影响因素,在此基础上提出了相应的预防措施。最后针对工程实例的路基病害的形成原因与状况,提出了采用袖阀管进行综合注浆处治方案,可供类似工程参考借鉴。

Discussion on Mechanism of Roadbed Diseases from Settlement of Pipe Pile Composite Foundation

Abstract:Pipe pile composite foundation has been often used for bridge end transitional section in deep soft soil area, some engineering problems have been found after long time engineering application. According to the engineering exam-ple,in this paper,being combined with the field monitoring data and field survey,the main reasons of the pipe pile com-posite foundation roadbed diseases are excessive differential settlement between piles and soil arising mainly from thick working layer,flowing away of sand mattress layer and installation of loading berm,and preventive measures have been put forward. Finally based on the reasons and conditions of the formation of the roadbed diseases of the engineering exam-ples,the comprehensive grouting treatment with sleeve valve pipe has been put forward,which could be used as refer-ences for similar projects.
