大挑臂预应力盖梁支架施工技术

摘    要:肇花高速公路狮岭高架桥大挑臂预应力盖梁属于国内首次采用35m跨六车道大挑臂预应力盖梁应用于高速公路上,具有较大的施工技术难度.施工中采用下设门洞,钢管支墩,贝雷架主梁支架结构形式,克服了交通组织难度,减少了投入费用,保证了工程质量,确保了施工安全,为以后类似桥梁施工提供了指导性意见.

Abstract:As the first one in China, the six-lane 35m long cantilever prestressed capbeam has been used for the construction of Shiling Viaduc~.t Bridge of Zhaohua Expressway, which has many construction difficulties. In order to overcome the difficulty of the traffic organization, and reduce cost, the door-opening, steel pipe support pier and Bailey frame structures have been adopt- ed for the construction, which could ensure the quality of the project and ensure construction safety, and could provide refer- ence for bridge constructions in the future.
