摘 要: | 为了研究水玻璃参数对普通硅酸盐水泥-水玻璃双液浆凝胶时间的影响规律,选择流动性及水下抗分散性良好的若干组普通硅酸盐水泥单液浆,分别与不同波美度、模数、掺量的水玻璃溶液均匀混合,采用倒杯法测定其凝胶时间。试验结果表明,普通硅酸盐水泥-水玻璃双液浆的凝胶时间随水玻璃波美度的增加而减小,随水玻璃掺量的增加而延长,随水玻璃模数的增加先缩短后延长。

Abstract: | In order to research the influence law of sodium silicate parameters to the gelation time of ordinary Portland cement, several groups of ordinary Portland cement grout with good liquidity and underwater dispersion resistance have been chosen to be mixed with the sodium silicate, which has different baume degree, modulus and mixing amount, the inverted cup method is used to determine the gelation time. The experiment results show that the gelation time of ordinary Portland cement-sodium sili-cate decreases with the increase of baume degree, and extends with the increase of sodium silicate mixing amount. Also, fol-lowing the increase of sodium silicate modulus, the gelation time initially decreases and then extends. |
