摘    要:针对港珠澳大桥桥梁工程施工图设计阶段安全风险评估工作,详细介绍了桥梁工程安全风险评估工作的背景、目的、范围、评估流程与方法.以青州航道桥为例,首先采用检查表法、风险辨识树状图法进行风险源辨识;其次,从建设条件、结构设计、施工技术和运营管理方面进行风险归类,并采用专家调查法确定工程单个风险源风险等级;再次,采用层次分析法结合群组决策,逐层求得青州航道桥工程总体安全风险等级;最后,针对筛选出的主要风险源提出风险控制对策建议.

Abstract:As for the safety risk assessment of HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao link bridge engineering in the construction detail design phase, this paper introduces the background, objective, scope, flow and method of risk assessment work in detail. Taking the QingZhou channel bridge as an example, the checklist and tree diagram method are adopted for risk investigation firstly. Then, all the risks are classified into four aspects as construction condition, structure design, construction technology and operation management, the expert investigation method shall be used to determine the risk grade of each engineering risk. Besides, based on the analytical hierarchy process and group decision method, the overall safety risk grade of Qingzhou Channel Bridge engineering has been obtained. Furthermore, this paper provides risk control countermeasures of main risks of bridge engineering.
