摘    要:设计了一种利用推力传感器测量舰船推力轴承块的压力进而计算出螺旋桨推力的装置.其设计包括系统结构设计和系统电磁兼容性设计.系统整体结构包括推力传感器(感测推力大小,转换成电信号;其中4只测量正车推力,2只测量倒车推力)、传感器级联箱(信号传输及偏载误差调整)和推力显示仪(数据采集和显示).系统采用整体电磁兼容性设计,抗干扰能力强、可靠性高.推力传感器采用轮辐式结构,突破了薄式小体积、高精度、大量程高过载、耐潮湿及长寿命等关键技术.推力显示仪针对舰船实际情况,实现了数据采集和实时监测功能,数据采集精度达0.2%等级.系统通过了船用环境试验及电磁兼容性试验,且裕量明显,能够安全、稳定、可靠地运行于舰船上.

Abstract:A thrust measuring device is presented in this paper,with which the pressure of the ship bear-ing block is obtained for further calculation of the propeller thrust. The design of the entire system includesthe design of system structures and electromagnetic compatibility. Specifically,the system consists ofthrust sensors(converting the thrust strength into electrical signals,where four sensors are for the forwardthrust measurement,and another two for the backward thrust measurement),sensor cascade boxes(signaltransmission and partial load error adjustment),and thrust displaying instruments(data acquisition anddisplay). By adopting an advanced electromagnetic compatibility design,the device has good anti-interfer-ence capability as well as high reliability. Meanwhile,the hub-and-spoke structure of the thrust sensorsensures the following features:compact size,high-precision,wide range,high overload resistance,mois-ture endurance,and longevity. It is observed that the thrust instrument,with adjustment to the actual situa?tion of the ship,is capable of real-time monitoring and data acquisition with an accuracy of 0.2%. Finally,the system is tested in a marine environment,and its electromagnetic compatibility is approved with suffi-cient allowance. Results also validates safety,stability,and reliability of the proposed system.
