反应性助剂对SBS改性沥青的化学改性研究

摘    要:通过在SBS改性沥青中加入反应性助剂,用化学改性的方法使聚合物SBS中的C=C与沥青中的活性基团发生交联、接枝、加成等化学反应。沥青性能测试结果表明,加入含活性基团较多的有机胺类反应性助剂后,SBS改性沥青的软化点提高了48%,高温性能得到了明显改善。加入含芳香类物质较多的酯类反应性助剂后,SBS改性沥青的高、低温性能都有较大程度的提高,特别是低温延度提高率达到184%。DSC测试结果表明,反应性助剂A和B的加入提高了SBS改性沥青的温度稳定性,提高率分别为22%和8%。同时TGA曲线也进一步证实了反应性助剂能提高SBS改性沥青的温度稳定性。SBS和沥青之间稳定空间网络结构的形成使沥青的性能得到根本改善。

Abstract:Cross link, graft, addition reaction are taken place between double bend of SBS and the active functional groups of asphalt by adding the chemical modifier in the SBS modified asphalt. The property tests show that the softening point of SBS modified asphalt is improved by 48 % after modified by active amine Modifier A, making the high temperature property highly improved. The high and low temperature properties are all greatly improved by polycyclic Modifier B, especially the low temperature is improved by 184%. The DSC tests show that the temperature stability are improved by 22 % and 8 % respectively, after modified by Modifier A and B. TG curve also indicates that the temperature stability, of SBS modified asphalt can be improved by chemical modifier. Three-dimensional mesh structures is formed between the SBS and original asphalt hy chemical bends, the qualities of SBS modified asphalt are greatly improved.
