摘    要:<正> 不少学者报告人类某些恶性肿瘤中的单个核细胞浸润(mononuclear cell infiltration)与预后呈阳性联系,浸润高度者预后常较好,然而对于浸润细胞的类型及它们的分布状况却很少研究。在肿瘤免疫研究方面一般认为T细胞介导的细胞性免疫在实体瘤的排斥中起主要作用,但在宿主体内针对肿瘤的细胞性免疫究竟如何进行,何以带瘤宿主的淋巴细


Mononuclear Cell Infiltration in Human Tumors Ⅰ. A Histo chemical and Immunohistochemical Study of the Inflammatory Cell Infiltrates in 12 Cases of Gastric Cacinoma
Abstract:Using histochemical demonstration of acid α-naphthyl acetate esterase and direct immunofluorescence with FITC conjugated F (ab')_2 of polyvalent goat anti-human lg, the inflammatory cell infiltrates in 12 cases of gastric carcinoma were studied, with special reference to the mononucelar cells, their types and distribution. More intense infiltration was found around the tumor. The infiltrates consisted mostly of mononuclear cells which were 93.9% and 92.6% of the total inflammatory cells within and around the tumor respectively. The mononuclear cell infiltrates included macrophages, T cells, B cells, plasma cells and some lymphocytes which could not be identified, and within and around the tumor macrophages were 9% and 6%, T cell 32.3% and 31.9%, plasma cells 6.7% and 6.5% respectively. B cells were rarely seen in the tumor. Statistically the difference between the relative proportions of the infiltrating cell types within and around the tumor was not significant. The distribution pattern of the cell types seems to suggest that T cell-mediated cellular immunity might be the main local immunologic response to gastric carcinona.
