| 摘 要： | 通过分析混凝土搅拌运输车常见问题产生的原因，提出了采取改进滚道的材料和制造工艺、优化滚动结构等措施来改善滚道和托轮的工作状况，保证搅拌筒滚道和托轮接触处于最佳状态，从而延长滚道和滚轮的使用寿命，降低搅拌筒滚道和托轮“运动副”的故障。

| Abstract: | In terms of the analysis on the causes of common problems of concrete mixer,measures were proposed to ameliorate the working conditions of raceway and riding wheel by applying better material and improving the manufacturing techniques,so as to make sure they are in optimum status and avoid the malfunctions. |
