液力机械式履带推土机行驶系统分析与研究

摘    要:对履带推土机行驶系统进行介绍,并通过运动学及动力学分析,得出了影响履带推土机行驶速度的主要因素,确定了保证发动机正常工作的牵引条件。针对其样机进行了牵引性能试验,为改善推土机性能提供了依据。试验结果表明:合理配备发动机与液力变矩器有利于提高推土机的牵引性能。

Abstract:Driving system of crawler bulldozer was introduced, and through the analysis on the kinematics and dynamics, the main factors of bulldozer speed were obtained, the traction conditions that ensure engine normal work were determined. The traction experiment of prototype provided basis for improving bulldozer performance. The results show that: reasonable matching engine and hydraulic torque converter can be helpful to improve the bulldozers traction ability.
