摘    要:车门系统是城市轨道交通车辆安全控制回路中的重要环节,由于使用频率高、结构复杂,门系统故障率居高不下。针对车门系统门控器中电机驱动电路故障问题进行深入研究,分析导致电机驱动电路故障的原因,并给出改进方案,对降低车门故障率、提高作业人员的故障判断和处理及对门控器的设计具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Door system is one of the important links in urban rail transit vehicle safety control circuit.Due to the high frequency of use and the complex structure,the door system failure rate remains high.In this paper,based on an in-depth research of the door motor driving circuit failures,the causes of failures are analyzed,improvement suggestions are proposed.This research has certain reference significance for the reduction of failure rate,the improvement of operators ability in fault diagnosis and treatment,as well as the design of electro-door control unit(EDCU).
