| 摘 要： | 文章以高职生为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法全面系统地分析了高职生内部的优势和劣势以及外部的机会和威胁,并根据分析结果制定相应的核心竞争力培育路径:抓住市场机会,优化专业结构;突出特色教学,强化技能优势;培养积极心态,提高综合素质。

| Abstract: | The paper takes higher vocational students as the research object,analyses their internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats comprehensively and systematically by SWOT method,and formulates the corresponding fostering route of the higher vocational students＇core competence.It points out the efficient cultivating route of the core competence is seizing market opportunities,optimizing structure of specialities,highlighting characteristic teaching,strengthening skill advantages,and bringing up apositive mental attitude to improve students＇overall quality. |
