| 摘 要： | 人的可靠性是影响桥梁结构施工安全的一个重要因素，在阐述了人因可靠性基本概念的基础上，提出了桥梁施工期间的人因可靠性分析方法HCR改进法，该方法简单、可行，弥补了国内外在该项领域研究中的空白。
