Feature Analysis and Countermeasure on Human Resource Management of Shipbuilding Enterprise under New Situation

Abstract:Abstract: The feature of human resource management of domestic shipbuilding enterprises under the new situation was analyzed from the aspect of employment feature and labor market. In light of the industry specific, the current situation of labor dispute in shipbuilding enterprises was discussed. Base on the practical experience and data of typical domestic shipbuilding enterprises, several treatment measures for human resource management under the new situation were proposed.
