孟买地铁转向架与车体垂向耦合振动分析

摘    要:针对孟买地铁车辆,运用刚柔耦合的车辆振动模型,研究弹性车体与构架耦合振动,分析车体弹性对平稳性的影响。分析表明,车体刚度越大,车体弹性对平稳性的影响越小;随着转向架一系垂向刚度的增加,构架的浮沉频率会逐步增加;通过参数优化,当构架浮沉频率与车体垂向一阶弯曲频率相近时,不会发生车体垂向弯曲共振现象。

Abstract:In view of Mumbai metro vehicles,with the application of rigid-flexible coupling vehicle vibration model,the resilient carbody and frame coupling vibration is researched,the effect of the carbody resilience on ride comfort is analyzed.
