| 摘 要： | 我国摩托车排放第3阶段控制标准的制订要结合我国摩托车产品结构特点和道路情况,力求规定的摩托车排气污染限值和试验方法合理有效、切实可行,具有可操作性,达到降低我国摩托车有害气体排放的目的。本次标准主要依据为大气污染防治法、摩托车排放污染防治技术政策和EU指令2002／51／EC、2003／77／EC。

| Abstract: | The paper writes that the formulation of the standard should be based on Chinese motorcycle structure and road situation, trying to make the emission limit and test methods rational, effective, practicable and operable, so that the emissions from Chinese motorcycles can effectively controlled. The new standard will be formulated on the basis of the Air Law of the People's Republic of China on the Provention and Control of Air Pollution, the Technical Policy for Proventing and Controlling Emissions from Motorcycles and EU Directive 2002/51/EC, 2003/77/EC. |
