摘    要:双模式TBM是单护盾TBM与土压平衡EPB盾构机的优化组合,拥有针对不同围岩状态的两种掘进模式,对地质范围的适应性更大。在煤矿斜井深埋复杂地层条件下,由于地质因素、TBM掘进参数控制不当等原因,易导致围岩坍塌。对此提出在TBM掘进前、掘进过程中不同阶段防治坍塌控制方法,即采用超前地质预报、超前加固预处理和掘进参数监测与控制措施,有效防止了TBM围岩坍塌现象。

Abstract:Having two driving modes for different types of surrounding rock,the dual-mode TBM is the optimized combination of the single-shield TBM and the soil-pressure-balanced EPB shields, which is more widely appliable to various geological condi- tions of surrounding rock. As far as coal mine inclined shafts are concerned, which are located in deep-buried strata and geologi- cally complex, the collapse of the surrounding rock is often liable to happen due to the complex geological conditions and the im- proper control of the excavation parameters of the TBM,in which case some collapse-preventing measures before and during the different stages of the excavation of the TBM are presented in the paper, such as the adoption of the advanced geological fore- cast, the strengthening pre-treatment, the monitoring of the excavation parameters and other control measures, all of which help prevent the collapse of the surrounding rock during the excavation of the dual-mode TBM.
