叶轮轴面图绘制的研究

摘    要:为提高泵的效率,本文针对离心泵叶轮轴面图的常规绘制方法,提出了以流道内切圆圆心代替过流断面形成线重心简化绘图过程,以新方法修正轴面图前盖板型线,保证F-L曲线的形状接近于线性关系.并成功将此方法运用到某系列电液循环泵产品中.

Abstract:In order to increase the pump’s efficiency, aimed at the conventional drawing method of Meridional plane, this paper provides that the barycenter of section line of streamline is replaced by the centre of inscribed circle to simplify drawing process. A new method is applied in modifying the shroud profile to make sure that the linear relationship for the F-L curve. This method is used successfully in the series of electrolyte circulating pumps.
