摘    要:无砟轨道长枕埋入式高速道岔施工,技术标准要求高,需采用新的施工工艺,通过组装、初调、精调固定、混凝土浇筑、轨道精调等工序完成铺设,故掌握其施工技术及工艺尤为重要。此文以沪杭客运专线海宁西站无砟道岔铺设为例,根据高速道岔铺设和使用特点及主要技术标准,就铺设流程和工艺进行详细论述,可为今后客运专线高速道岔铺设积累经验及借鉴。

Abstract:Ballastless track bolster embedded type high speed rail construction needs high technical standard re- quirement. It adopts new construction technology and construction sequence including assembling, initial setting, fine adjustment and fixing, concrete pouring, rail fine adjustment, etc. Therefore, it is very im- portant to master its construction technology and construction sequence. This article takes Shanghai - Hangzhou passenger special line Haining west railway station ballastless track as an example, according to the high speed rail laying and use characteristics and main technical standard, the construction tech- nology and construction sequence are discussed in detail, which can provide experience and reference for the future passenger special line high speed rail construction.
