摘    要:对常规检验法进行改进和探索,采用失效模式预判法对某化工装置配套管道进行了定期检验.根据待检管道的工艺流程与工作状况,全面分析其失效可能性,做出失效模式预判,据此确定合适的检测方法和抽样位置,制定出有针对性的检验方案.对失效模式预判法的要点、优点和难点进行了分析.定检结果表明:该方法施行虽有难度且检验工作量增大,但检验针对性强、缺陷检出率高,对于常规检验的深化与优化具有一定的现实意义.

Abstract:For the purpose of improving the regular inspection technology,a customized inspection scheme was proposed,based on the failure mode pre-analysis for the periodic inspection of the chemical devices supporting pipelines.According to the technological processes and working conditions of the pipe waiting for inspection,failure mode pre-analyses were performed to determine the appropriate inspection method and sampling position,and then establish a pertinent checking scenario.The critical processes,advantages and difficulties of the failure mode pre-analysis method are all discussed in the present work.The results show that,although suffering from the great operational difficulties and a heavy workload,the periodic inspection based on failure mode pre-analysis still has advantages of good pertinence and a high efficiency of flaw detection,which is of certain practical significance for improving and optimizing the periodic inspection of the chemical devices supporting pipeline.
