| Abstract: | The results of testing and research on the friction wedge-shaped vibration damper parts of freight car bogies are described. The new materials and new heat treatment technology are suggested to be applied in production of friction wedges, wear plate and wear-resisting components to extend the service life of freight car bogies. |
