| 摘 要： | 针对某发动机功率升级开发中出现的分组式缸盖第3缸和第4缸之间垫片渗水的故障进行了CAE计算分析。研究结果表明,发动机运行中,当第3缸无爆压,第4缸处于最高爆压时,分组式缸盖沿中间分开变形,变形不协调导致中间区域缸垫与机体、缸盖之间有间隙而发生漏水故障。

| Abstract: | In the durability test of a power improve engine which have two cylinder head,water leak from the cylinder head gasket between two cylinder head.After CAE calculation and analysis,the report document that when cylinder 3 have no pressure and cylinder 4 in peak pressure,the distortion of the two cylinder head is not correspond and this result in clearance between cylinder head gasket & cylinder head & cylinder block.The distortion and the clearance cause the water leakage from cylinder head gasket. |
