隧道浅埋、露顶地段反压回填暗挖施工技术

摘    要:
凤凰山隧道在距进口210~250m处与沟壑平交,导致洞身21m浅埋17m拱顶外露,通过对三种施工方法的比选确定采用10%水泥稳定碎石反压回填,在地表注浆固化形成壳体后实施暗挖。施工实践证明该方法合理有效,故对其施工技术和工艺要求进行总结,为类似工程提供参考或借鉴。

Construction Technology of Back Pressure Backfilling and Underground Excavation in Shallow- Buried and Top- Exposed Section of Tunnel

Abstract:
The Phoenix Hill Tunnel crosses with gully parallelly from 210-250m of the entrance,which leads to 21m of the cave body shallow buried,and 17m of arch top exposed.Through the comparison and selection among three construction methods,10% cement stabilized macadam back pressure backfilling method is adopted,and underground excavation is implemented after shell forming through grouting and curing of the earth surface.The construction practice shows that this method is reasonable and effective,so its construction technology and technological requirement are summarized,thus providing references for similar projects.
