自锚式悬索桥主缆锚固区局部应力探讨

摘    要:刚性自锚式悬索桥的锚固区结构和受力较复杂。以平顶山建设路立交桥为例,运用有限元程序Mi-das/Civil建立该桥梁的整体计算模型,有限元程序ANSYS建立边跨主缆锚固区梁段的局部计算模型,对主缆锚固区进行空间局部应力分析。得出结论:箱梁切开截面端与顶板交接处的正中心位置及主缆锚固位置处局部应力超限,出现明显应力集中,需要进行局部加强处理;计算结果具有较高的实用价值。

Local Stress Discussion at Anchorage Zone of Main Cable of Self- Anchored Suspension Bridge

Abstract:The structure and stress at anchorage zone of rigid self-anchored suspension bridge are complex.Taking the overpass at Jianshe Road of Pingdingshan as an example,the whole calculation model of the bridge is established with finite element program-Midas/Civil and local calculation model of girder at anchorage zone of side span main cable is established with finite element program-ANSYS.Through space local stress analysis at anchorage zone of main cable,it is concluded that: the local stress at the center of joint between cutting section of box girder and top plate and anchorage zone of main cable is over limit.Stress concentration is obvious which shall be treated with local reinforcement;the calculation result is with great practical value.
