软基地区大跨预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工

本文重点介绍武汉绕城公路东西湖互通立交桥施工中的软基地区大跨预应力混凝土连续箱梁施工工艺、施工技术和施工中的注意事项。对软基小半径曲线连续箱梁采用满堂支架 ,一次性浇注施工方案 ,充分利用了现场周转料、地材等 ,较好地解决了软基处理技术问题 ,保证了箱梁内实外光 ,线条圆顺 ,而且大大节约了成本。施工过程中对地基处理、支架搭设、模板安装、混凝土浇注、预应力体系建立等影响梁体外观和内在质量诸方面进行了有效控制和监测 ,为类似工程积累了宝贵经验。

CONSTRUCTION OF LARGE-SPAN PRESTRESSED CONCRETE CONTINUOUS BOX GIRDER IN SOFT FOUNDATION AREA

This paper gives an introduction to the construction technique and precautions for large-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder in soft foundation area during construction of Dongxihu Interchange Crossing Bridge, proposes the construction programme with supporting all round and casting for one time for continuous box girder at small radius line, which resolved the problems related to the soft foundation, ensured compactness inside, beauty outside and round line of box girder, and saved the cost, analyzes the quality control and monitoring of ground treatment, supporting laying, temlate installation, concrete casting and stress system setting up, which provides good experience to such construction.
