| 摘 要： | 为突破航标遥测遥控系统发展瓶颈,提高航标助导航效率,文章结合港区水域、近岸偏远水域、远海岛礁水域的特点进行通信条件需求分析,针对有效通信方式缺乏、网络通信掉线率高、报文设计不精简、遥测数据不准确等问题,从通信信道、公共网络通信链接方式、遥测遥控数据分级分类、通信报文控制及特殊设计等角度,对南海海区航标遥测遥控通信方案进行设计,研究成果在南海海区应用,有效推动了南海海区航标遥测遥控系统的发展。
