| 摘 要： | 在分析和试验的基础上，从扩大气流通面积，改变阀片形状和厚度，改变阀片弹簧形状和刚度，以及减小余隙容积等方面，对ＥＱ１４０型汽车空气压缩机气阀进行了改进设计，对比试验表明，改进设计后，该空气压缩机的充气系数明显提高，较好的解决ＥＱ１４０型汽车窍压缩机泵气不足的问题。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis and esperiment, the design of air compressor valve of the EQ140 truck has been improved in the following respects,they are:cross section area of air passage enlarged,shape and thickness of flake valve changed,shape and rigidity of valve spring altered,and also volume of valve clearance reduced. The comparative teste of the valves before and after improvement show that the volumetric efficiency of the latter is remarkably increased. Therefore the problem of insufficient compressed air to meet requirement is resolved for the EQ140 truck fairly well. |
