悬索桥主缆索股锚跨张力控制研究

摘    要:以某悬索桥进行工程实例分析,考虑了温度对主缆索股边跨和锚跨张力的影响.分析结果表明:在散索鞍固定时,温度对锚跨索股张力的影响远大于对边跨的影响,对锚跨索股张力的影响系数约为-5kN/℃,而对边跨索股张力的影响系数约为-1kN/℃.当索股温度差大到一定程度时,单靠摩擦力已不能防止索股在鞍槽内出现滑移,需采取其他措施防滑;介绍了该大桥锚跨索股张力实际控制手段及成果,提出了合理的施工控制建议.

Control research on wire strand tension of main cable of suspension bridge at anchor span

Abstract:Taking a domestic suspension bridge as an example,the influence of temperature on the wire strand tension at anchor span and side span is studied.The results show that the variation of temperature has greater impact on wire strand tension of main cable at anchor span than side span while the saddles are fixed.The influence coefficient of anchor span and side span is about-5 kN/℃ and-1 kN/℃,it is impossible to fix the wire strands into the saddle troughs which only relies on friction if day and night temperature difference reaches a certain point.The management and the achievement of control on wire strand tension of this suspension bridge is presented and the reasonable construction control is proposed as well.
