运煤铁路基础设施项目综合评价研究

摘    要:基于综合评价对促进运煤铁路基础设施项目建设可持续发展的重要意义,构建运煤铁路基础设施项目综合评价体系,建立以过程评价、效益评价、影响评价、可持续性评价为主要内容的评价指标体系并确定指标权重,基于模糊数学及灰色系统理论构建运煤铁路基础设施项目综合评判方法,并以SHH铁路为例进行实证分析,以期为相关研究与实践提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the importance of comprehensive evaluation system to the sustainable development of the coal rail infrastructure projects,an evaluation index system which makes the process evaluation,benefit evaluation,impact assessment and sustainability assessment as the main contents was built.The index weight was also determined.The comprehensive assessment method for coal rail infrastructure projects based on fuzzy mathematics and gray system theory was built.The empirical analysis of SHH railway was proposed in order to provide a reference for related research and practice.
