基于TB6560步进电机驱动系统的设计

摘    要:步进电机具有惯量低、定位精度高、无累积误差、控制简单等特点,电机驱动系统有基于L297、TA8435等芯片的设计方案,这些驱动系统单相驱动电流一般为2A左右,无法驱动更大功率步进电机。本文介绍了基于东芝公司TB6560芯片步进电机驱动系统设计方案,该芯片功耗低、内部集成双全桥MOSFET驱动;最高耐压可达40V,单相输出最大电流为3.5A(峰值);具有整步、1/2、1/8、1/16等细分设置;芯片内置温度保护,温度大于150℃时自动切断所有输出;具有过流保护功能。

Abstract:Stepper motor has the characteristics of low inertia, high positioning accuracy, no accumulation error, and simple control and so on. Some motor drive systems are based on the L297, TA8435 chip design scheme. Single-phase current of these drive systems is about 2 ampere, which can't drive more powerful step motor. Drive scheme described in this article is based on Toshiba TB6560 chip stepper motor, which is of low power consumption, MOSFET drive of internal integration bridge, and 3.5 ampere single-phase output maximum current, and with settings of 2-phase, 1-2-phase, W1-2-phase and 2Wl-2phase, also equipped with built-in overheat protection and over-current protection.
