废旧橡胶颗粒沥青混合料水稳定性研究

摘    要:在分析沥青路面水损害产生机理的基础上,通过浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,对普通AC-20沥青混合料、掺加废旧橡胶颗粒后(内掺法AC-20、外掺法AC-20上下限及中值)的沥青混合料进行了水稳定性分析。试验结果表明,随着废旧橡胶颗粒的掺加,破坏了沥青与矿料间的粘附力,使沥青混合料的水稳定性下降。

Abstract:On the basis of analysizing the generation mechanism of water damage, according to immersion Marshall test and freeze - thaw splitting test, the paper analyzes the water stability of common AC - 20 asphalt mixture mixed with waste rubber particles ( internal addition method AC - 20, external addition method AC - 20 upper and lower limit and median ). The test result shows that the adding of waste rubber grains will damage the adhesion between asphalt and mineral aggregate and decrease the water stability of asphalt mixture.
