灰色关联聚类在半刚性基层材料性能优化指标确定中的应用

摘    要:进行半刚性基层材料的性能评价时,传统方法往往需要全面考虑强度(抗压强度)、稳定性(抗冻性、干缩性、温缩性和抗冲刷性)和疲劳性能。文章利用半刚性基层材料抗压强度与其他性能指标之间的关系,采用灰色关联聚类分析方法,获得了半刚性基层材料的性能优化指标———综合压缩模量。结果表明,灰色关联聚类方法是指标分类或同类因素归并的有效方法,可在半刚性基层材料的性能优化时使用;采用综合压缩模量作为半刚性基层材料的性能优化指标,具有可行性和实用性,可在沥青路面材料设计和结构设计中推广使用。

Abstract:When evaluating semi-rigid base materials' performances,traditional methods usually need to take overall account of strength(mainly compaction strength),stabilities(namely anti-freezing,dry-shrinkage,temperature-shrinkage and anti-erosion) and fatigue performances.Using the relationships between compaction strength and other performance indicators of semi-rigid base materials,with the help of grey incidence clustering method,performance-optimization indicator of semi-rigid base materials,namely comprehensive compaction-shrinkage modulus,can be achieved.The results show that,grey incidence clustering method is an effective method in indicator classification or homogeneous factors merger,should be recommended in the performance optimization of semi-rigid base materials.Making comprehensive compaction-shrinkage modulus as performance-optimization indicator of semi-rigid base materials,it is feasible and practical,and it can be widely used in the material design and structure design of asphalt pavements.
