闽江特大桥吊箱围堰设计与施工

摘    要:以新建铁路福厦线闽江特大桥主墩深水高桩承台施工为例,介绍通过钢吊箱围堰各工况的受力分析,进行优化设计钢吊箱结构。通过侧板与底板巧妙设置连接系统,既方便侧板拆除,又有效提高回收利用率;利用吊杆作为预埋件减少了封底厚度,大大节省了材料,取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:Taking the construction of the elevated pile caps in deep water for main piers of Miniiang River Eridge on the newly-built Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway as an example, this paper presents the optimal design of the steel boxed cofferdam structures on the basis of mechanical analysis of the cofferdams subjected to different load cases. The connecting systems ingeniously designed and set at the side and bottom plates of the cofferdams not only facilitate dismantling of the side plates, but also can effectively improve reutilization rate of the plates, and the utilization of suspenders as embedded pieces can reduce thickness of bottom sealing of the cofferdams, significantly save construction materials and bring about notable economic benefits.
