摘    要:通过焊接收缩变形的分析,推导出焊接收缩公式,并与国外共享软件相结合,针对南京大胜关长江大桥整体节点特殊的结构形式,预留焊接收缩量,对结构尺寸进行有效的控制。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the relevant welding shrinkage deformation data, the suitable formulae for welding shrinkage were deducted and were well combined with the utilization of the shared foreign welding software. In the light of the special structural types of the integral gusset plates of Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge in Nanjing, the welding shrinkage amounts for the plates were appropriately preset and the structural dimensions thereof were brought under effective control.
