摘    要:从满足悬索桥主缆缠丝不同阶段施工要求入手,分析主缆拉力变化对缠丝张力之影响,以变形协调条件计算缠丝所需最低张紧力,进而论述国产ZLC系列主缆缠丝机如何实现合理张力,张紧机构中张力的形成及其调整与显示方法。

Abstract:Proceeding from satisfying the construction requirements for wire wrapping of main cables of suspension bridge at different stages, this paper analyzes the influences of the tensile force changes of main cables on the tensioning force of wire wrapping, calculates the minimum tensioning force required by the wire wrapping under the condition of deformation coordination and expounds how the rational tensioning force can be realized in case the home-made ZLC Series Wire Wrapping Machines are used, the formation of the force in the tensioning mechanism and also the methods for adjusting and displaying the force.
