| 摘 要： | 依据高职教育的“职业”特性，提出高职校园文化建设应与行业文化对接的观点及理由，着重阐述了高职校园文化建设与行业文化对接的路径，认为可以从构建校园精神文化体系、物质文化体系、职业素质培育体系三大体系入手找到与行业文化对接的接口.

| Abstract: | The author demonstrates the argument and the corresponding reasons that the existing campus culture of vocational and technical institutes should comply cultures of the profession, basing on their characteristics of being so - called ＂vocational and technical＂. The author highlighted the approaches used in the complying procedure, including adding new elements into the material culture system, immaterial culture system, and professional qualification system in the existing campus culture, in order to bring fresh air to the atmosphere in the vocational and technical institutes. |
