基于复合权重TOPSIS的船舶性能综合评价法

摘    要:针对船舶性能评价中存在的问题,根据目前主观赋权法与客观赋权法各自的特点,提出了复合权重的概念,将TOPSIS法应用到船舶性能的评价上来,建立了基于复合权重TOPSIS的船舶性能综合评价方法。该方法运用复合权重法确定指标权重,更准确地反映了各评价指标的重要程度,并根据计算得到的各评价对象的相对接近度来对船舶性能进行综合评价。实例应用结果表明该方法可以有效地解决多目标多指标的系统评价问题,提高了船舶性能评价的可靠性,为科学的评价船舶性能提供了一种新的有价值的参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the ship performance evaluation,the concept of synthesized weight is established according to the characteristics of subjective weight and objective weigh.Then the comprehensive evaluation method of ship performance based on synthesized weight and TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) is proposed by applying TOPSIS to the evaluation of ship performance.The method applies the theory of synthesized weight to obtain indexes’ weight,which accurately reflects the importance of all indexes’ grades.The comprehensive evaluation of ship performance can be made according to the calculated relative proximity of all evaluated objects.The result of an application example of this method indicates that the method can effectively solve the evaluation problem of system with multi-objects and multi-layers.The method raises the reliability of the evaluation and offers a new valuable reference in evaluating ship performance scientifically.
